Description

Under direction, performs a variety of accounting duties involved in preparing, maintaining, analyzing, verifying and reconciling moderately complex financial transactions, statements, records and reports; maintains the accuracy of the company’s ledgers and subsidiary financial systems; and provides highly responsible staff assistance to assigned management staff.  Administers contracts for organization.  Safety sensitive position.

  • Provide Payroll support as needed.
  • Provide assistance & information for Assembly of Consolidated Financial Statements for distribution
  • Verification of Data
  • Maintain Schedule for office
  • Create Requisitions
  • Data Entry
  • Analyze & Maintain Detailed Data for the following:
    • Capital
    • Donations & Grants
    • Donation Expense
    • A/R Cash Log Spreadsheets
  • Key Journal Entry & General Ledger Entries
  • Maintain Electronic and Paper Files
  • Develop and Implement Basic Accounting Procedures
  • Provide Accounting Support for Senior Staff
  • Review Financial Information
  • Research Financial Inquiries
  • Organize Office Projects
  • Distribute Employee Requested Checks
  • Create and Maintain Form Templates
  • Review 403b Paperwork for accuracy and completion
  • Deposit All Incoming Checks and Cash to Appropriate Bank
  • Scan Paperwork and Documentation When Appropriate
  • Manage Cash Receipts
  • Record Program Revenue
  • Prepare Labels and Files
  • Prepare and Key Monthly Vent Invoices
  • Prepare, Key and Code Monthly Enteral Invoices
  • Key and Archive Meeting Notes
  • Special Projects as assigned by Controller
  • Perform duties following safety standards required for this position including, but not limited to, use of PPE’s
  • Attend all training sessions required by the company.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience with Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel
  • Must be able to maintain electronic and paper files
  • Must possess basic mathematical skills
  • Ability to analyze figures
  • High school diploma or equivalent
